We strive to be a “one stop shop” for your metalworking needs. We love a challenge, and typically we can draw it, weld it, machine it, or fix it.
Machine Shop
Our machine shop is equipped for repair and re-manufacture of components. We specialize in fixing or re-building obsolete components as well as emergency repairs to machinery.
WELDING & FABRICATION
Aluminum fuel cells, sanitary stainless brewing components, structural framework, mezzanines, and all manner of sheet metal hoppers, chutes, and process equipment components are common in our shop.
CAD/3D MODELING
If you have a design that needs further refining, or just needs some clarity, 3D models can be a time saver in manufacturing. We can also help you model more complex assemblies for manufacturing, specializing in sheet metal parts.
Tools & Equipment
From CNC technology to time proven manual machinery, we’ve collected a pretty rad set of tools to help you complete your project.
VENDOR CAPACITY
We maintain close relationships with lots of vendors to expand our capacity. Need something done that we can’t do in house? Chances are good, we’ve got a guy for that. Regular services we hire done include laser cutting, waterjet cutting, CNC sheet metal forming, large and small capacity CNC milling and turning, wire EDM, powder coating, and anodizing.

Aluminum fuel cells, sanitary stainless brewing components, structural framework, mezzanines, and all manner of sheet metal hoppers, chutes, and process equipment components are common in our shop.
We have experienced and qualified welding staff, especially with aluminum and stainless steel weldments. We routinely handle weldments for aircraft, food and beverage, automotive and material handling industries.
We’re AWS certified to D1.1, but if you require a different certification, we’re happy to qualify our welders to whatever code and WPS you need.
Our shop is equipped to do TIG, MIG, Stick, and FCAW welding, as well as oxy-acetylene welding, brazing and cutting. We also utilize small inverter welding machines to enable us to weld on the go. No power? No problem. We’ve got a generator.
STRUCTURAL WELDMENTS
We’re certified to weld structural steel to AWS D1.1, and we’ve built lots of mezzanines, decks, staircases, and platforms.
PORTABLE WELDING
We can put the small welder in the pickup and head to you. If we need power, we’ll bring the generator along.
HAND RAILINGS & BARRIERS
Interior, exterior, repair and bespoke are a regular product for us. We work with builders and contractors to make stainless, aluminum or steel gates, handrails and fences.
Sheet Metal Fabrication
We routinely draw, laser cut, form and weld all manner of sheet metal shapes. From 22ga up to 1/4”, Aluminum, stainless or steel, we can do that.
CAD/3D MODELING
If you have a design that needs further refining, or just needs some clarity, 3D models can be a time saver in manufacturing. We can also help you model more complex assemblies for manufacturing, specializing in sheet metal parts.
We use Solidworks and Draftsight to generate drawings and models for manufacturing. If you have a part you need drawn for CNC cutting, or just want a scaled drawing for your prototype, we can help with that.
TOOLS & EQUIPMENT
We are self-professed tool nerds and equipment aficionados. From the latest CNC technology to time proven manual machinery, we’ve collected a pretty rad set of tools to help you complete your project. We put together a list of our most used machines and tools here so you can easily see if your project will fit in our shop’s capacity. If you don’t see something that we might need to do your job, don’t hesitate to ask. We’re always looking for excuses to buy new tools.
