aluminum Turntable work

These parts are some split shafts that go on a floor sanding machine. The old turntable with a lathe chuck makes short work of welding the two together.

Aluminum Fuel Cell

These 15 gallon fuel cells are a product we make for a longtime customer. We handle almost all aspects of this job, from drawings, having the parts laser cut, sheet metal forming, and the welding.

Sanitary tubing

This is part of an ozone generator machine. These pictures show the pipe in progress being welded on site at a customer’s facility. They are purged with argon during welding, then passivated and buffed before installation.

Hop Candle

Custom fabricated as a solution to a clogging problem, this device is used in the dry hopping process of beer production.

John Deere Triples

These were mig welded for a local machine shop. They allow a third wheel to be added to a large John Deere farm tractor.

Structural Weldments

We can come fabricate on site for you! We carry contractor liability insurance and are certified to weld to the structural steel code AWS D1.1.

Pilot Brew Kit

This is a small pilot brewing system built for a customer. The vessels, stand and pipework were fabricated in our shop. The mash/lauter is double wall and insulated with a false bottom. The kettle is steam jacketed and the fermenter is temperature controlled with a glycol jacket. Capacity is a bit more than 1 BBL.

Rocket Legs

These legs are the structural stands for a column stripping still at a local distillery. They are designed to be visually interesting as well as strong. Made from powder coated stainless, they have a thick plate core for the load bearing part with decorative covers and leveling feet to adjust the column for plumb.

Sparge Ring

Designed to spray water over a grain bed as part of the brewing process, this ring was made to replace a broken sparge arm off a 1940’s brewing system. Industrial Express fabricated and installed this new ring with replaceable nozzles and sanitary triclamp connections.
